Refund policy
Making a calendar is free. You only pay if you buy Premium for a calendar: €9.99 once, including VAT. This page explains how to get your money back.
Who sells and refunds
Wrappie is run by Andrei Vychau, ul. Jana Kazimierza 32/122, 01-248 Warszawa, Poland (see the imprint). Orders on the website are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Ltd, Judd House, 18–29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom), the merchant of record for these orders. Paddle takes the payment, issues the receipt and makes the refund, to the payment method you paid with. Purchases in the iPhone app are sold by Apple, which handles their refunds (see below).
14 days, no questions asked
If you are not happy with Premium, you get a full refund if you ask within 14 days of the purchase, for any reason. You do not have to explain why. After the 14 days your statutory rights remain, in particular if Premium does not work as described.
Your statutory right of withdrawal
As a consumer in the EU you can usually withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days. For digital content that is supplied straight away, this right ends when the supply starts, if you agreed to the immediate start and acknowledged that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal (Art. 38 (1) (13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, Art. 16 (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). Premium is unlocked as soon as you have paid, and you give this consent before you buy. Our 14-day refund applies anyway, so within 14 days you always get your money back.
How to ask for a refund
- At paddle.net: look up your order with the email address you used at checkout and request the refund there, or reply to the receipt email from Paddle.
- Or write to us at avychev@gmail.com with the order number or the email address you paid with. We then have Paddle refund you.
Paddle refunds the full amount to the original payment method. Depending on your bank it can take a few working days until you see it.
Purchases in the iPhone app
Purchases made in the app are sold by Apple, and Apple decides on their refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your calendar
A refund does not delete your calendar. Questions: avychev@gmail.com.
