For a question about a calendar, include its gift link (the one the recipient opens). For a purchase, include the order number from your receipt. Please don’t send your private editing link; we don’t need it to help you.

Delete a calendar

When you delete a calendar, its gift link stops working and all its photos, recordings and texts are deleted. This can’t be undone.

In the iPhone app: delete the calendar from your list of calendars.
On the website: open your calendar in the editor, open the menu and choose “Delete calendar”.

We can’t open a calendar without its editing link, so we can’t delete it for you then. Calendars are deleted on 31 January in any case.

Report a calendar

If a calendar breaks the law or is abusive, open its gift link and choose “Report this calendar”. We hide it from its link until our team has looked at it. You can also write to us with the gift link.
